located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
XX Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation (Wrecked Car in
back yard)
Previous arrangements were made with you as to when the vehicle in violation would be
moved, followed by an extension to Monday June 22, 2009. To date the vehicle remains at the
above location and is therefore in violation.
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has been
taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and
safe community.
Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
