It has been brought to our attention that there is a camper parked partially (9') on
City right of way in the front of your property and has been there for an extended period
of time.
Please be aware this is a violation of the Municipal Code regarding parking.
Enclosed is a copy of the code stating it is unlawful for a vehicle to park on City right of
way for more than 48 hours in a 72 hour period (Section 5 -411) without moving. This
camper should be parked on private property or stored off premise if parking it entirely on
your property is not feasible.
If this violation has been taken care of, we would like to thank you for your efforts
in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community. Otherwise, please remove the
camper by Friday, May 22, 2009. Your property will be re- inspected for compliance.
