Dear Mr. Gregory:
On or about April 23, 2009, you and your tenant received a courtesy letter
notifying you that a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your
property. Since then your tenant has moved out and to date, the violation has not been
corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation (Unlicensed Pontiac Firebird).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be re-inspected on or about May 26, 2009.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and
safe community.
Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed: If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
