The Overall condition of the Bullet Vessel did not reveal any detrimental conditions od damage, bulges or detrimental condition. The Paint was found to be in fair condition with areas of the paint starting to scale and peel, overall good condition. The Componets aand hardware on the 3" and 6" nozzles were found to be short bolting and a 2" valve on the south bottom head at the bonnet was starting to leak at the packing. these issues were to be addressed on this outage of the bullet tank. The Ultrasonic thickness readings were found to be within schedule nominal of the material of shell .777" aand the heads .457". No conditions on the vessel itself were found at the time of the inspection. The Internal inspection consisted of NDT methods of visual, magnectic particle, and ultrasonics thickness readings. The Magnectic Particle Examination was conducted at 80% of the Welds in the Vessel no indications were found. REQUEST FOR REPAIRS Descripe scope of work needed.
