complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has only partially been corrected. (Dumpster is ok.)
The violation is for Junk Accumulation (Unlicensed Jeep Cherokee).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about April 27, 2009.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a dumpster parked in the alley on City right of
way at the above property and has been there for numerous weeks. This is a violation of the
Municipal Code regarding obstructions on city right of way. Enclosed is a copy of the code, which
states it is unlawful to obstruct city right of way. This dumpster should be re -located onto private
property.
Also, there appears to be an unlicensed vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) parked next to the house.
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding this issue.
Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to
assure these violations have been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of the
date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
If this violation has been taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to
