BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
2009 One and Six Year Plan for the construction, maintenance and repair of the streets of the City
of Blair, Nebraska, as prepared by the City Street Superintendent and dated February 10, 2009 be
and is hereby adopted with the projects listed on the "Form 7's" attached hereto and incorporated
by this reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said plan be filed with the Department of
Roads, State of Nebraska.
COUNCILMEMBER ABBOTT MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF. UPON
ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS STEWART, FANOELE, CHRISTIANSEN, ABBOTT,
WOLFF AND JENSEN VOTING "AYE ", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING
