Dear Ms. Casey,
This is a courtesy notice informing you the City of Blair has received a complaint that
your property known as "1440 Nebraska Street - Lot 9, Block 8" may be in violation of the
City's property maintenance code. The City enforces the 2003 International Property
Maintenance Code.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please
schedule an inspection by Monday, July 10, 2006. If violations are found, you will receive a
letter outlining the violations that need to be corrected and a deadline for having them corrected.
If no violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that effect.
To schedule an inspection, please contact Blair City Hall at (402) 426 -4191, between
8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly
