Dear Sir or Madam,
As a courtesy, you are hereby notified that you are responsible for the snow removal on the
sidewalks around the entire block at the above property.
After our first accumulative snow on Tuesday December 16, 2008, our City Employees removed
the snow from this block as a "one time good will gesture."
Please be advised the snow must be cleared according to Section 8 -510 of the City Municipal
Code (See enclosed.) If the snow is not removed in the time allotted by city code, the city will
initiate one 24 hour warning, and if not completed within the 24 hours of the warning, the city
will hire it done at the cost of the owners and adult occupants of the above - described real estate.
In addition, failure to comply with this notice may subject you to criminal prosecution pursuant
to City of Blair Municipal Code Section 8 -701, which upon conviction thereof will subject you
to a fine of up to $500.00 or up to ninety (90) days of incarceration.
