Dear Sir or Madam:
On or about November 26, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
you have placed a large sign at the above location that does not comply with the City of
Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs. To date, the sign has not been removed.
Again, the Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be
placed on city/state right of way. ("l

We do understand however, that due to the cold weather, the groupt( may be
frozen and the stakes holding the sign may not be easily pulled frorrfh? ground.
Therefore, we ask that you please remove what YQ~ eaR af the sign no later than
December 26, 2008, or this matter will be turned over to the City Attorney.
