Temporary signs for Tropical Tans located along highway right of way and in
front of building.
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed five small signs at the above
location.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A /CH
(Agricultural/Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations regarding temporary signs
restrict their use to grand openings or other special events for a maximum of fifteen (15) days in
a six (6) month period. Counting from today, that would be December 11 Therefore, we ask
that you please remove these signs no later than December 15, 2008.
