This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for the following code violations:
Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation, Section 4 -501 Nuisance, and Section 4 -306 Garbage
Container Required.( Junk and trash in vehicles and yard includes: tires, boards, empty
cans, plastic bags, rope, gas can, hub caps, boxes, electrical cords, tarps, car batteries,
paint cans, air conditioner, reflectors, vacuum cleaner, scrap metal, empty food
containers, mailbox, newspaper, hose, bike parts, broken chairs, small mattress, and other
misc. trash and junk.)
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid
and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes referencing
nuisances, trash containers, and junk accumulation. These are violations of city code and
we will re- inspect the property on October 13, 2008 to determine if these violations have
been corrected. If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request,
please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris.
