RE: Repair of Sidewalk - 769/773 North 10th Avenue
Dear Peggy,
On September 9, 2008, we discussed via the telephone repair of the sidewalk at
the above address. You indicated this sidewalk would be repaired; however, we did not
discuss any particular time frame for completion of this project.
Due to a complaint being made with the City regarding the safety of this
sidewalk, we are required to follow-up on this issue and ensure the sidewalk is repaired
in a timely fashion. We inspected the sidewalk on September 30, 2008 and it had not
yet been repaired. Therefore, we would request you have this sidewalk repaired no
later than October 31, 2008.
If you have repaired the sidewalk since the inspection date, then we thank you
for your cooperation in complying with city code by repairing this sidewalk to insure it is
in a condition reasonably safe and suitable for all lawful travel thereon.
If you have completed this project or will have it completed prior to October 31,
2008, please contact our office for an inspection. Otherwise, the property will
automatically be re-inspected for compliance after October 31, 2008.
