RE: Sign Regulations
Dear Ms. Urwiller,
It has been brought to our attention that you currently have a sign in your front
yard advertising your in-home daycare service. This is a violation of the zoning
regulations and would request you remove the sign upon receipt of this letter.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations regarding signs that are
permitted in residential areas. Your sign can not be larger than two square feet of sign
area and must be a wall sign. Should you decide you would like to construct a sign in
compliance with these regulations, you will need to obtain a permit form City Hall.
