On or about September 05, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you
that your temporary signs at the above location do not comply with the City of Blair's
Zoning Ordinance regarding signs. To date, this violation has not been resolved.
According to the City Code, you must remove the temporary signs and correct
the violation within 5 days of the receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about September 22, 2008.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

Temporary signs for Sam & Louie's located along highway right of way and in
front of building.
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed six small signs at the above
location that do not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A/CH
(Agricultural/Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations regarding temporary signs
restrict their use to grand openings or other special events for a maximum of fifteen (15) days in
a six (6) month period. And the Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to
be placed on city /state right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove these signs no
later than September 10, 2008.
