On or about September 9, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date,
the violation has not been corrected.
The Violation is for Junk Accumulation (Miscellaneous junk all over deck.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about September 22, 2008.
If the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is
needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402)

Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
