Dear Mr. Pittack:
This is just a letter per your request that you spoke with Lowell Kubie with the City of
Blair Street Department this morning about your driveway at the above property. The
discussion between you and Lowell consisted of how your driveway was washed out by
water and that it was your responsibility to repair it. It was also Lowell's understanding
that you will hire Olson & Stewart to repair it.
