THAT Judith E. Watanabe and Mike M. Watanabe, wife husband, Grantor, in consideration of one
dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from the City of Blair, Washington County, State of
Nebraska, Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Grantee the following described real
