complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for a nuisance of weeds, grasses or worthless vegetation on the
above property.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about August 25, 2008.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
