COUNCIL MEMBER SCHEVE INTRODUCED THE FOLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE VACATING REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 13TH AND FRONT STREET IN
THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The attached described real estate located in the City of Blair, Washington
County, Nebraska,(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) is hereby
vacated and the ownership of the same shall transfer to Union Pacific Railroad, the owners of the
adjacent real estate.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage
and publication hereof as required by law.
