Please be advised that you are in violation of a nuisance of weeds, grasses or worthless
vegetation along the State right of way adjadent to your property in Blair. The owner of each
lot abutting a street within the City limits is responsible for maintaining the space between the
property line and the curb or edge of the pavement free and clear of weeds and debris and to
keep the grass mowed.
Therefore, if you are not currently maintaining this area adjacent to your property (see
attached), we ask that you mow this area within five (5) days of receipt of this letter and
continue to do so on a regular basis throughout the mowing season.
On behalf of the citizens of Blair, I would like to thank you for your prompt attention
and cooperation in this matter.
