On or about July 22, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. We thank you
for everything you have done, but the violation has only partially been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation - Unlicensed grey bronco, blue car, bus,
and boat trailer, inoperable orange car on blocks with flat tires and an orange el camino
with flat tires, tanks, wood piles, dilapidated shed, tires, and other misc. equipment.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about August 11, 2008.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
XX Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation (numerous unlicensed
vehicles, orange fencing, tanks, wood piles, miscellaneous
equipment, dilapidated trailer and shed)
XX Section 4 -505 Nuisances
4 -501 and 4 -502
XX Section 4 -506 Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has been
taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and
safe community.
Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
