Dear Ms. Whitaker:
On or about May 14, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has only partially been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation (Unlicensed vehicle- Bronco).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued..
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about May 27, 2008.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
