Si~ereJlY,! ~ Jj&w U c<J0t/ David V. Drew On Wednesday June 18, 2008 I, Shelly Jones, talked to Clark Smith, the landlord, about 1252 Colfax St and asked him whether or not Becky Millrons had moved out of the property. Mr. Smith relayed to me that he was in the process of evicting her, that she was out of the house but Mr. Smith needed to get permission from the court to enter the property and clean it up. Mr. Smith realized there was quite a problem with the property being a mess and will be going to court on June 23, 2008. He will come to our office after court and talk to us about the property. If the judge gives him permission he will begin cleaning up the property. On June 17,2008 Dale Miller went to 1252 Colfax St to take pictures on a complaint. At that time Mrs. Smith was there.
