On June 30, 2008, the above building permit expired. After inspection of your property, it appears you
have not complete construction of the garage addition on the north side of your residence. However, you have
constructed a footing foundation for that garage.
It also appears you have partially constructed the garage addition on the west side of your property but
have not completed the siding and other various items in regards to this addition. Therefore, please be advised
you will need to remove all safety hazards on both projects, which includes the removal of exposed bolts and
construction debris and properly side and finish the west addition.
You will need to complete the above items on or before August 31, 2008 and contact us for a final
inspection of the property. The above building permit will not be renewed. If in the future, you wish to
continue construction of the garage addition on the north side, you will be required to apply for a new building
permit at that time.
We will re- inspect your property after August 31, 2008 to confirm you have complied with this request.
If the above items have not been completed, this matter will be turned over to the City Attorney for further
action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact this office.
