It has been brought to our attention that you have rented commercial space at 419 N. 19th Street to
Omni-Tech Computer & Data Services. This property is zoned RML (Multi-Family Residential Low Density).
Your business is currently grandfathered at this location but any change in use of this building/property would
either require a Conditional Use Permit or not be allowed.
In reviewing the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance, it would appear this type of business could request a
Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission and City Council. Until such time, this business is
currently in violation of the zoning ordinance as it is not a permitted use in the RML zoning district.
Therefore, either you and/or the tenant must contact City Hall at your earliest convenience to obtain
the necessary paperwork to apply for a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission and City Council
to allow this type of business in the A/ML zoning district or discontinue this business use at this location.
