RE: Fence constructed in rear yard
Dear Mr. Jensen,
On November 1, 2007 you were issued a building permit to construct a 6' wood
privacy fence. On April 14, 2008, this fence was inspected by Dale Miller, City Building
Inspector and failed due to the type of material used to construct the fence.
Please be advised that the type of wire fence you installed does not meet our
current Zoning Regulations. Enclosed is a copy of Section 1102 of the Zoning
Regulations for your reference regarding the permitted type of material allowed for
fence construction.
You will need to correct this zoning violation on or before May 26, 2008 or you
may choose to remove the fence completely. We will reinspect your property for
compliance with this request.
