It has been brought to our attention that you have installed a Direct TV dish on
city right of way at the above address.
Please be aware the dish and pole are a violation of the Municipal Code and you
will need to remove the dish no later than Friday, May 30, 2008. You must keep the
right of way clear of debris or obstructions (see enclosed Municipal Code Section 8-
105). Also, this dish can not be located in either of your front yard areas (see enclosed
Zoning Ordinance Section 1102.01).
