19980512OR1840ORDINANCE NO. 1840 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, BY AMENDING SECTION 1101 SUCH AMENDMENT REDEFINING THE PARAMETERS OF THE SIGHT TRIANGLE EASEMENT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR., NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Section 1101 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances of the City of Blair, Nebraska, is amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1101 VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS Sight Triangle Easement: On a corner lot in all districts, except the CCB Central Business District, continuous unobstructed sight distance shall be provided for safe traffic operations.
