19990112OR1869ORDINANCE NO. 1869 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 705.02 AND 705.04(2) OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, PROVIDING FOR CHURCHES, PARSONAGES AND OTHER RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS TO BE PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES AND STRUCTURES IN THE RMH MULTI - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The text of Section 705.02 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Blair, Nebraska, is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced with the following provisions, to- wit: "705.02 PERMITTED PRINCIPLE USES AND STRUCTURES: The following shall be permitted as uses by right: (1) Single- family dwellings; (2) Attached single - family dwellings; (3) Two - family dwellings; (4) Residential condominiums pursuant to Section 1116; (5) Multiple - family dwellings with forty -eight (48) or fewer living units; (61 Churches. parsonages and other religious institutions." SECTION 2. Section 705.04(2) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Blair, Nebraska, is hereby amended by deleting "churches, parsonages and other religious institutions" as a conditional use. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage and publication hereof as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of January, 1999. ATTEST: BRENDA R.
