On April 22, 2008, I received an anonymous phone call about the condition of Country Estates. The caller claimed
that it was dirty with trash all over and there was a sewer smell out there all the time. She was very upset about the
living conditions out there. I did give her the number to Health and Human Services in Lincoln also.
