Please be advised these vehicles are in violation of Section 6- 333 -Junk Accumulation and are a violation against the aronerty owner. Therefore, we have enclosed a "Courtesy Notice" for your convenience to distribute to your tenants requesting they remove and /or fix the noted violations against your property. We will re- inspect your property on or after April 28, 2008 to insure all violations have been resolved. If any violations still remain, you, as property owner, will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice or a ticket will be issued. This includes all vehicles owned by tenants located in the parking lot. According to the City of Blair Municipal Code, vehicles not licensed or operable are considered junk. Junk vehicles are a violation against the landlord, who will face a fine if the vehicle is not licensed and operable. The landlord may then decide to have the junk vehicle towed from their property at the tenant's /owner's expense. If your vehicle is located in the parking lot and is not licensed or not operable, please correct the violation by April 28 2008.
