This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your
property located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
The violation is for Junk Accumulation of branches and a grass pile between
chain link fence and garage unit. On a separate note, it also appears that one of the
doors on the garage unit has fallen in or is off its hinges. Please have the door repaired
or completely removed within two weeks or an official Property Maintenance complaint
will be sent to you.
According to the City Code, you must correct the Junk Accumulation violation
(grass and branches) within 5 days of the receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be
issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about April 7, 2008 for the
branches and grass pile (junk accumulation) and on April 17, 2008 for the garage unit
(possible property maintenance). If an extension is needed for additional time to comply
with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
