Dear Mr. Anderson,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed steel fence
poles on the above property at various positions along the property lines which
are on or near city right of way. (See enclosed pictures)
These poles are a violation of our Municipal Code for obstructions on right
of way as well as the Subdivision Regulations which does not allow for this type
of pole as suitable fencing material.
Please have the poles removed on or before June 6, 2008. The property
will be rechecked after that date for compliance.

RE: 964 Lincoln St.-Temporary sign located along highway.
Dear Mr. Anderson:
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed a temporary sign at the above
location that does not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A1CH
(Agricultural/Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations do not provide for
temporary signs and Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be placed on
city/state right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove this sign no later than Monday,
May 19,2008.
