On or about February 12, 2008, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date,
the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation (old tires, buckets and chicken wire must
be stored inside garage or house; trailers, camper and motorcycle must all be licensed.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about March 10, 2008. If
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is needed
for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-
4191.

call. Here is a clarification of what issues remain in violation:
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Seven (7) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within seven
(7) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for
additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
