THIS INDENTURE, Made this 23rd day of April, 1985, between Good
Shepherd Lutheran Old Peoples Home, Inc., Hereinafter referred to
as the Grantor, and the City of Blair, Nebraska, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee,
WI'TNESSETH, that the said Grantor in o sideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable consideration and mutual benefits to be
derived by the Grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby dedicate to the public for public use
as a street and by tnese presents does remise, release and
forever quit -claim unto the said Grantee, and its successors and
assigns forever, all of their right title and interest in and to
the following described real estate, to -wit:
From the Southeast Corner of Lot I, Block I,
Hospital Park Addition to the 'City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska, tnence N 89 degrees
52 minutes 30 seconds W (assumed bearing) on the
South line of said Lot 1 a distance of 350.93
feet to a point on the westerly R.O.W. line of
22nd Street, aid point being the point of -
beginning; thence nortnerly on a 105.16 foot _
radius curve to the left, initial tangent of_;

thence continuing southerly on said R.O.W. on a

of 61.53 feet to the point of beginning;
containing 0.21 acres, more or less.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments thereunto
belonging.
TO HAVE AND TO hOLD the above described premises unto the said
Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever so that
neither the said Grantor, nor any person in its name and behalf,
shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
said premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them
shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
