along the South line of Lot 8 a distance of 19.95 feet; thence
South a distance of 25.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments thereunto be-

Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever so that
neither the said Grantor, nor any person in its name and behalf,
shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
