On or about February 1, 2008, you received a formal letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation of a dilapidated shed on your property.
The shed must be removed completely or structurally repaired for safety purposes.
(This means all seams must be closed up or sealed and the door must be in proper
working order.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about February 18, 2008. If
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is needed
for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-
4191.

phone call from our office. To date, the violation has not been corrected.

The shed must either be removed completely or structurally repaired for safety
purposes.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about February 11, 2008.
If the violation has not been corrected by this date, this matter will be turned over to the

Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
