2127COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 505.03 OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA
SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, IN REFERENCE TO ACCESS TO LOTS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 Article 5, Section 505 -LOTS of the Subdivision Regulations of Blair,
Nebraska is hereby amended to include the following:
505.03 ACCESS TO LOTS: The subdividing of the land shall be such as to
provide, by means of a public street, each lot with a minimum of 30' access
to an existing public street.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
