At that time, he indicated you were unable to relocate the tent due to the fact the ground was frozen and it would cause you to break the stakes. However, we agreed you would either relocate the tent to the rear yard on your property or remove the tent completely once the ground thawed to allow for removal of the stakes. Therefore, this letter is a follow up to our conversation confirming that you have until April 1, 2008 to either relocate or remove this tent or this matter will be turned over to our City Attorney for further action. Current zoning does not allow for the erection or construction of any structure or accessory building in the front yard. Therefore, this white wall tent is a violation of our current zoning ordinance and will need to be removed on or before Monday, December 10, 2007.
