On or about November 8, 2007, you received a formal letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation (Boxes, wood, garbage, and
miscellaneous junk around and on front porch.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about November 19, 2007.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
