THIS INDENTURE, Made this / day of / J.03 / -- 1989,
between School District No. 1, of Washington County, Nebraska,
hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and the City of Blair,
Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the.
Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor in consideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable consideration and mutual benefits to be
derived by the Grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby dedicate to the public for public use
as a street and by these presents does remise, release and
forever quit -claim unto the said Grantee, and its successors and
assigns forever, all of its right title and interest in and to
the following described real estate, to -wit:

feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes East a distance
of 33.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North-
easterly on a 167.00 foot radius curve to the right,
initial tangent of which bears North 0 degrees 00
minutes East, a distance of 152.60 feet to a point of
reverse curvature; thence Northeasterly on a 233.0 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 144.72 feet to a
point lying 33.00 feet South of the North line of said
NE1 /4 NE1 /4; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 11
seconds West parallel with said North line a distance, of
145.80 feet to a point 33.00 feet East of the West line
of said 1/4 1/4 section; thence South 0 degrees 00
minutes East a distance of 250.31 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.37 acres, more or less.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments thereunto

to the 66 Heights connector road. I would recommend that the
deed be retained in the permanent City records even though it has
been recorded and shows of record in the Courthouse.
It is further my understanding that there was apparently a fair
amount of discussion with reference to the granting of the deed,
and we can visit about that the next time we meet.
