WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors in consideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable consideration and mutual benefits to be
derived by the Grantors, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby dedicate to the public for public use as
a street and by these presents do remise, release and forever
quit -claim unto the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of their right title and interest in and to the
following described real estate, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 32,
original townsite of Blair, and assuming the
West line of said Block 32 to bear due North and
South; thence North to the Southerly R.O.W. of
the C &NW Railroad; thence Northwesterly along
said southerly R.O.W. to the East line of Tax
Lot 106; thence Southerly along said East line
to intersect the North line of Block 32
projected West; thence Easterly along said
projected line to the point of beginning, lying
in the NE1 /4 SW1 /4 of Section 12, Township 18
North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Washington
County, Nebraska.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments thereunto
belonging.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said
