OLtotor , 199 , by the undersigned to and on behalf of the
City of Blair, Nebraska, to-wit:
Whereas, the undersigned are all of the owners of the fol-
lowing described real estate, to-wit:
and,
Whereas, the undersigned have applied for a building permit
to perform work in and finish off all or a portion of the base-
ment of the residence located on the above described real estate;
and,
Whereas, the undersigned warrant and represent to the City
of Blair that no portion of said basement will be used for a
bedroom and, therefore, the construction of an ingress and egress
access to a basement bedroom as normally required by the uniform
building code is not required.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby agree as follows:
1. That the undersigned specifically represent and warrant
to the City of Blair that no portions of the basement of the
residence located on the above described premises will be used
for a bedroom. (EXCEPT FOR ROOM #1 INDICATED AS BEDROOM WITH EGRESS WINDOW)
2. That no future use of any portion of said basement shall
be for a bedroom until such time as a permit has been obtained
for the construction of ingress and egress access to any intended
bedrooms has been obtained from the City of Blair and inspection
has been made thereof®
3. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be
binding upon, all successors and assignees of the undersigned, and
that all future owners of the above described real estate shall
be specifically bound by the terms and conditions hereof and that
no portion of said basement may be used for a bedroom until said
ingress and egress have been constructed.
This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal
representatives, successors, and assigns of all parties hereto.
