For valuable consideration, the party hereby agrees as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot Six Block Sixty -one Sixth Addition in the City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska.
This agreement is entered into on November 05_ , 1999 by and between
Nancy Gardner, hereinafter referred to as "Gardner" and the City of Blair, Nebraska,
hereinafter referred to as "City ".
Whereas, Gardner desire to obtain a building permit from the City for the closure
of an egress door in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above.
Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation
of a window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any
habitable sub - surface area other than a storage room.
1. City will issue a building permit to Gardner for the closure of existing
egress; provided however, said area shall only be authorized for use as a
storage room.
2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
