120 Squires PlaceLEGAL DESCRIPTION.: Lot Seventeen (17) in Baronage Valley Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska. ADDRESS: 120 Squires Place, Blair, Nebraska, 68008. This agreement is entered into on January lgry , 1998 by and between Bruce E. Weber and Katherine D. Weber, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Webers" and the City of Blair, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "City ". Whereas, Webers desire to obtain a building permit from the City for the construction of a storage room in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above. Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation of a window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any habitable sub - surface area other than a storage room. For valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. City will issue a building permit to Webers for the construction of an eight (8)feet by twelve (12) feet storage room to be located in the southeast corner of the basement of said structure; provided however, said room shall only be authorized for use as a storage room. 2.
