This agreement is entered into on December i 2 , 2000 by and between Wayne R.
Winslow and Clarann B. Winslow, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Winslows" and
the City of Blair, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "City ".
Whereas, Winslows desire to obtain a building permit from the City for construction of a
sewing room in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above.
Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation of a
window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any habitable sub - surface
area other than a sewing room.
For valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. City will issue a building permit to Winslows for the construction of an twelve
(12) feet by fourteen (14) feet sewing room to be located in the basement of said
structure; provided however, said room shall only be authorized for use as a
sewing room.
2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors and assigns.
