LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot Fifteen (15) in Ridgeview Estates Addition to the City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska.
ADDRESS: 1221 Corey Drive
This agreement is entered into on October 1 , 2002 by and between Michael and
Vicki Janssen, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Janssens" and the City of Blair,
Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "City ".
Whereas, Janssens desire to obtain a building permit from the City for construction of an
office in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above.
Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation of a
window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any habitable sub - surface
area other than an office.
For valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. The City of Blair will issue a building permit to Janssens for the construction of
an office room to be located in the basement of said structure; provided however,
said room shall only be authorized for use as an office.
2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors and assigns.
