This agreement is entered into on June 9, 2003 by and between Dave Hawley, hereinafter
referred to as "Hawley" and the City of Blair, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "City ".
Whereas, Hawley desires to obtain a building permit from the City for construction of an
office in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above.
Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation of a
window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any habitable sub - surface
area other than an office.
Dave Hawley
For valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. The City of Blair will issue a building permit to Hawley for the construction of an
office room to be located in the basement of said structure; provided however,
said room shall only be authorized for use as an office.
2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors and assigns.
