This agreement is entered into on April 20, 2006 by and between Dan P. and Donna D.
Andersen, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Andersens" and the City of Blair,
Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "City ".
Whereas, the "Andersens" desire to obtain a building permit from the City for
construction of a living room in the basement of the residence on the real estate described above.
Whereas, the City Zoning Regulations and Building Code require the installation of a
window or other approved structure to be used for ingress or egress for any habitable sub - surface
area other than a living room.
For valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. City will issue a building permit to Andersens for the construction of a twelve
(12) foot, six (6) inch by eighteen (18) foot recreation room to be located in the
basement of said structure; provided however, said room shall NOT BE
AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS A BEDROOM (See Attached Floor Plan Map).
2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors and assigns.
