Acquire Permit" filed on the real estate by a Notice recorded in Book 481 at
page 555 for the property legally described as:

The physical address of the real estate is 553 N. 19t" Street, Blair,
Nebraska. The City of Blair hereby authorizes the Washington County Register of
Deeds Office to release the above-described "Notice of Violation Failure to
Acquire Permit" on said real estate in that said violation has been satisfied in
full.
